The £1,500 deposit reserves your build slot and kicks off pre-construction. It’s fully deducted from your final invoice — it’s the first instalment, not an extra charge.
Many projects fall under Permitted Development rights — no planning permission needed. We advise on this from the outset and apply for a Lawful Development Certificate where there’s any doubt.
We primarily cover South East/West London (SE1/SW3–SE28/SW20) and surrounding areas.
For most project types, yes. We erect internal hoarding, keep essential services live, schedule noisy works to reasonable hours, and brief all trades on the fact that a family is in the property.
